My Dog Care Center is stepping up to support community responders of the Harmony Fire Department.

Today it is our pleasure to showcase My Dog's Care Center. This year when the Harmony Fire District was unable to hold their annual fundraiser, My Dog's Care Center stepped up to support these community responders.
Between hosting fundraisers and working with charities, My Dog's Care Center has always had a big heart. When Covid hit they were in the process of moving locations, but that didn't stop them from responding to the local needs. Since May 2020, My Dog's Care Center have been working with members of the Harmony Fire District to host a variety of small fundraisers to help support operations. Fundraisers have included raffles of donated gift baskets and grooming sessions as well as "bake sales" of frozen dog treats, dog bow ties, and collar flowers. In addition, they provided an up to $5,000 match for every dollar raised for the Harmony Fire District.
Being part of such an impactful community initiative has energized the team at the My Dog's Care Center to take an active part in growing awareness of this local need. United around a common purpose, staff at My Dog's Care Center were inspired to tell patrons about the difference they wanted to make for the Harmony Fire District. This increased awareness, led to others making independent donations in support of the fire department.
Their partnership with the Harmony Fire District has resulting in deeper relationships with the Fire Chief and volunteer firefighters. In support of the My Dog's Care Center's efforts to spread the word, the fire department has provided media, promotion, and exposure. A win-win for all involved!
